Sam joined the Open Trail Financial Consultants team in 2018 with over 10 years of Financial and Insurance Services experience. Most recently Sam was a National Account Manager with LendingClub. In his role at LendingClub, Sam worked closely with client executive teams to create custom partnerships and financing tools to help expand customer funding sources.
As a financial advisor, Sam employs this same collaborative mindset to his work with clients. He is passionate about understanding his clients’ financial needs, sensitivity to risk, and goals in order to create an aligned and customized financial plan. He understands that a client’s financial needs go much deeper than just investments. They are deeply personal and deserve that same personal attention.

Sam and his wife, Danielle, live in Sonoma County. They love spending time together outside with their dog, Bailey, hiking, running and skiing.
